Fish acts as a Tour Operator, putting together the logistical elements of these trips, including procuring airfare, roundtrip motorcoaches, hotels, side trips, and party package activity packages.

Campus Manager

Our Campus Manager Position consists of you organizing Campus Reps at your college campus, and surrounding schools, including community and tech colleges. Not only will you organize your own group for spring break to earn yourself a free trip, you will also actively recruit other people interesting in earning their own free trip(s) as a Campus Rep.

You will earn commission on nearly every trip sold at your school(s), and commission on every trip your Campus Sales Reps sell & organize.

If you think that you might be good at taking the Campus Sales Rep position to the next level, maybe have past spring break experience, or would like to earn some great income on a flexible work schedule, this position might be right for you. The position is ideal if you put school first, work second in your life right now.

Full Training is provided, as well as providing all marketing materials. Most of our Campus Managers like the fact that Wicked Fish offers truly unique trips, including our Ski Winter Break and Ski Spring Break Trips, our Combo Trips with both a winter break and spring break trip, our motorcoach program to Mazatlan, and our Road Trips to South Padre Island.

Why? Because we’ve found a lot of people aren’t swinging for $1000 trips anymore….so our packages mean more sales for you, since you have more of a selection to sell, versus selling the same ol’ trip everyone else has to offer.

This position gives you the opportunity to:

What you will be expected to accomplish:

• Make sure that your own campus is flyered & marketed to consistently, and also make sure that we have all Greek houses (Sororities & Fraternities) on your campus on our trip.
• Actively recruit new Campus Reps, as well as Greek House Reps at your campus, and surrounding campuses.
• Schedule sales presentations & meetings about our products, and collect deposits.
• Have the chance to work abroad with Inertia, hit the beaches, or ski the slopes, as well as paid on-site staffing opportunities.

High School Senior Graduation Trip Organizers

Wicked Fish Tours offer Junior Class Reps (2nd semester of their Junior Year) and High School Seniors the incredible opportunity to represent the best Grad / Senior Trip possible at their school.

By becoming a Class Organizer (or Rep, same thing) you will work with a friend to promote the trip on your high school campus. You accomplish this by carefully following our provided marketing material, which lays out, step-by-step, what to do to get your whole class involved in the trip.

In a nutshell, you will pass around an interest sheet first, then pass around our full color flyers with trip information. With these flyers, you’ll including inside a small sheet on a “big meeting,” which sets a date, time, & place for everyone interested to come together and discuss the trip specifics, which our Company provides to you.

Since these trips are NOT school sponsored, these meeting should occur off campus, really anywhere. Someone’s house, a public library meeting room, fire hall, community center, church basement, wherever. At this meeting, you’ll set a “deposit” deadline of $1000 per person, which comes off of our 110% lowest priced trips, all with airfare, 7 nights hotel, transfers from the airport roundtrip in Cancun, and 14 quality meals at restaurants that you’d eat at anyone.

The final trip doesn’t have to be paid all the way until April 1st of your graduating year, making it affordable to everyone, since they can make payments whenever they want. Plus, who wouldn’t want to go? They can ask for it for Christmas, Graduation, Birthday, whatever.

As an Organizer, you’ll earn (1) free trip, airfare & hotel to Cancun for every 15 people that go on the trip. It’s that easy! We do all invoicing/billings, and take care of everything to ensure a totally hassle free vacation experience – a last bash before you all go your separate ways!
